Tagomago is one of the most important islets of those found off the coast of Ibiza. Located in the northeast of Ibiza, it is one of those jewels for biodiversity that are part of the Mediterranean Sea and that has different levels of protection. Tagomago is included in the Natura 2000 Network, is listed as a Site of Community Interest (SCI) and as an Area of Special Importance for Birds (SPA). She is also a protected area within the Natural Area of Special Interest (ANEI). She has a length of 1,525 meters and a maximum width of 113 meters. Probably, its name derives from Mago Barca, Carthaginian general and brother of Hannibal.

Today the island is a popular destination for luxury travelers. Indeed, there is a private villa on the island, own by Matthias Kühn. The property attracts from celebrities and musicians to business magnates and other high net worth individuals.

However, the island is a well appreciated anchorage point for day charterers. Particularly attracted to its stunning natural beauty, crystal clear waters, pristine beaches, lush vegetation and impressive cliffs.

Tagomago can be reached only by boat from Ibiza Town or other nearby ports. She counts with three anchorages: Olla de Tramontana, Olla de Llevant, and Puerto de Tagomago.
